Cars requested with diesel engines are surcharged Euros 2 per day, payable locally. Parking fines, motoring offences, towing charges!  Negligence e.g., filling a diesel car with petrol or vice versa.  It happens. In common with all major hire companies, wheels and tyres, mirrors, keys, the underside, and the roof if a rack is fitted, are not insured.  You may elect to pay Euros 20 per rental to insure the wheels and tyres only, if you wish.
