Balaia Village has grown and matured over the years into an all round resort with something to attract most people. The arrival a couple of years ago of the nine hole golf course has widened the resort's appeal from essentially couples or families to now encompass golfers who can enjoy the extensive golf facilities and tuition if required, while leaving the families to enjoy the pools and other attractions on the resort. Balaia comfortably manages to combine the needs of the family, with the needs of the more sporting inclined. |

Care and attention to detail are the hallmarks of Balaia Village, although nature has also had a part to play. The beautiful pine trees form not only the perfect backdrop to Balaia Village, they give privacy and provide welcome shade in summer. In the planning stage, if trees obstructed the construction plans, the plans were changed! If a developer shows this much concern for the environment, imagine the care with which the properties themselves are built. |

The low rise apartments are generously spaced out among the trees and semi-tropical gardens of Balaia Village. Sun bleached roof tiles and white walls keep the apartments cool in summer. |

But the properties are also designed to
be warm and cosy on a winter evening. The two bedroom
and three bedroom apartments have two bathrooms, one en-suite, some
even have a spa bath and all have a washing machine and tumble dryer
to make life just a little easier. |

Most apartments have two twin bedded rooms; there is a sofa bed in the lounge area for extra capacity but we feel that four in a two bedroom and six in a three bedroom apartment is a comfortable maximum. There is plenty of wardrobe space in each bedroom |
