| Balaia Village is one of the Algarve's best kept secrets and is
located between Olhos
d'Agua and Albufeira.
The apartments here are luxurious and spacious and the resort appeals to families, golfers, golfers with families and families with golfers!

| In short there is something for everyone. Peace and
quiet for those that want it, golf, tennis, a choice of swimming
pools. And most of all space. Space so that you can relax by
a swimming pool or on your patio or balcony or amble down to the
beach. The on-site nine hole golf course will challenge the family
golfer but not keep him out all day and for the dedicated golfer most of
the Algarve's golf courses are within a half hour drive. And
Balaia Village have negotiated discounted green fees at many courses.
The courses at Vilamoura are about ten minutes drive away.
The family is not neglected with a choice of six swimming pools,
children's club operating in the mornings in summer, tennis, the beach, a
gym and spa bath. Not to mention all the other attractions of the
Algarve, like 3,000 hours of sun a year! There is even an indoor
pool for those not brave enough in the winter months (minimum age is
four years for the pool and spa bath). |

| The prices below are for the "Superior" specification at Balaia
Golf
Village. These are the newest
apartments with electric hob, oven and water heaters,
fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee
machine etc. In addition the two and three bedroom apartments
also have a washing machine and tumble dryer. All have a hairdryer with a power point near a mirror!
Satellite TV with English, Dutch, German, French and
Portuguese channels. Some master bedrooms also have
a spa bath in the en-suite bathroom. Rates also include 6 days a week maid service, twice weekly changes of linen and towels (pool towels are not included), electricity, water, VAT, local taxes etc. Prices are per apartment, not per person, per week. Daily rates are available if required to create different holiday durations. If your chosen holiday period falls into two seasons, then the price is calculated pro rata on a daily basis. The price is for accommodation only and does not include travel costs. When planning flights please bear in mind that check in time is normally 17.00 hours and check out is normally by 10.00 hours.
We have cut prices not cut quality, still all-inclusive prices and no
charge for accepting credit cards!
