| Casa Rosa is a modern villa with three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a private pool, located in the village of Alcalali in the picturesque Jalon Valley about an hour's drive from either Alicante or Valencia airport and less than half an hour from the coast at Javea, Denia, Calpe and Moraira. The villa is well equipped for six people and infants can be accommodated at no extra cost. |  |
| The pool is overlooked by the covered terrace, known locally as a "naya" and this is an ideal eating area with its dining suite and outdoor lighting where you can enjoy views over the Jalon Valley. | |

| The spacious lounge in this villa has a feature fireplace very comfortable seating areas and is equipped with satellite TV, DVD/Video and a CD player plus a small library of films and tapes for all ages. Patio doors lead from the lounge to the naya. The lounge also benefits from remote controlled air-conditioning as well as central heating for the autumn and winter holidays. | |
| The kitchen is fully fitted and includes a gas hob, electric oven, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, freezer and fridge plus a full range of cutlery, crockery and utensils. |  |

The master bedroom has views across the valley and patio doors on to
the naya. There is a large four piece bathroom, a walk-in wardrobe
and ample drawer space.
As with all the bedrooms there is air-conditioning and a hair dryer is provided as well, to save a little packing. |
